Dan Bygd is an Application Engineer with the Abrasives Systems Division at 3M. He has been with 3M for 12 years working on product and application development. His areas of expertise include random orbital sanding and woodworking abrasive applications, as well as paint and gelcoat finishing in the Marine and Specialty Vehicle industries. Prior to 3M, he had experience in the plastics industry as a Training Manager and Customer Service Manager and has owned and operated his own construction company. In his free time, he enjoys anything that gets him in the woods or on the water.
