Alec J. Kinslow, CSP started in the safety industry over 6 years ago. After finalizing his education from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Occupational Safety and a minor in Fire Safety Engineering Technology, he decided that he wants to impact as many people as possible.
Currently, Alec is a Certified Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Professionals currently serving as secretary for the Western PA Chapter. For nearly seven years, he has written dozens of programs, site-specific policies, and trained over hundreds of employees, for both his clients. He has even reduced a client’s MOD rate by 52% and has cut down their OSHA TRIC Rate by over half – all by focusing on education and employee engagement! With clients in the millwork industry, stone manufacturing industry and finish carpentry, Alec’s experience is vast, especially in the tiered sub and woodworking industry.
