When will I receive my Exhibitor Badges?
Badges are not mailed out in advance of the show. You can bring your email confirmation to the Express Registration to pick up your show badge.
When can I pick up my exhibitor badges?
Exhibitor badges can be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter in Lobby of the West Hall.
What is Dealer/Distributor Day?
On Tuesday, July 24, we allow Distributors on the show floor to have meetings and for training purposes. You do not have to man your booth or have your booth set up by this day. Tuesday is still considered an official move in day.

Who gets the emails from AWFS and AWFS Vendors?
Only the trade show contact on the contract will receive the information from the AWFS Fair. Due to of the financials, passwords and invoicing. Our system only allows for ONE Main point of contact. If there are more people (marketing and operations) that need to receive this information, it is up to you to forward that information to the appropriate people.
How do you have the main point of contact changed?
Please submit this in writing by email to AWFSsales@awfs.org, and include the new contact’s title, phone and email address and let us know why the change has occurred. i.e. no longer with the company, job change, etc.
How do I request to change my show move in date?
All Target Move-In requests need to be made directly through Freeman through you Freeman Exhibitor Portal.
Do I need booth insurance?
Yes you do need to provide the AWFS with proof of insurance for your booth. Information and insurance requirements are on the Online Exhibitor Service Kit. If you have questions, please contact our Operations Director at Kim@awfs.org
What is an EAC and is there a fee?
EAC is an exhibitor appointed contractor, and the EAC form is online and attached. No EAC will have access to AWFS®Fair without submitted application and payment.
How do I apply for a VISA?
Everyone can request a VISA letter when they are registering online. Link to registration.
