Holesaw design has not changed for 50 years. The frequent problem when using a Holesaw is that the “Plug” or “Core” gets jammed inside the Holesaw cup. The Blu-Mol Xtreme Quickcore Holesaw has a globally patented design which utilizes an open back of the Holesaw cup, along with a universal mandrel with a 3 point locking system that releases the Holesaw, allowing the operator to pop the core out from the back of the Holesaw in mere seconds.
