Thomas Allott is Manager of Stiles University, the woodworking industry’s only accredited workforce training program. Along with his team, Thomas is responsible for training over 150 Field Service Technicians, providing continuing education opportunities for industry professionals, and developing educational strategies for Stiles Machinery’s employees. Prior to his current role, Thomas oversaw workforce training at Durr Ecoclean North America, during which time he worked with powerful names in the automotive and industrial industries including Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Nissan, John Deere and more. In addition to his responsibilities at Stiles, Thomas also sits on board of directors for Woodwork Career Alliance, The MILL/National Wood Board, Pittsburgh State University, Hocking College, and AWFS committees.
