Economic Update: Five Factors to Watch This Year and Next

Dr. Kuehl will share his forecasts and analysis of the current economic climate and what we can expect in the near future.
While certainly not unexpected or unanticipated, these are still the determining factors for our economy:
  1. Inflation threat is still at the top of the list as most everything flows from how we react to it.
  2. employment – everything from labor shortages to potential layoffs.
  3. The shifting supply chain. The China crisis is essentially over but old patterns are unlikely to return.
  4. Fed action and that of global central banks in general
  5. The threat of another black swan.
